Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please provide your order number and details of the exchange request. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your exchange is approved, we will initiate the exchange process for the new item. Any price difference between the exchanged items will be settled accordingly.

Shipping
